We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Junior Project Coordinator to join our team.
As a key member of the project team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of various initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Project Coordination
- Assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Support the preparation and organization of project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
- Administrative Support
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates to the project manager as needed.
- Participate in project meetings, taking detailed notes and tracking action items for follow-up.
- Maintain accurate project databases and assist in data entry.
- Collaboration and Feedback
- Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and provide constructive feedback for project enhancements.
- Support various administrative tasks relevant to project coordination and initiatives.
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in project coordination or support, preferably in a professional environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite or Trello, is an asset.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment, maintaining positive relationships and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
