As a Regional Training Assistant, you will be responsible for implementing procedures to meet operational needs, coordinating administrative and legal contracting, and liaising with our Administration Department for logistics. You will also communicate with applicants for our training programs, prepare and file administrative documents, and assist in drafting administrative correspondence.

Requirements:

* Minimum two years of similar experience
* Excellent communication and writing skills in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to stay outside Amman for the duration of our training programs
* Experience in film production and culture preferred
* Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
* Excellent team player
