We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Training Assistant to join our team at The Royal Film Commission - Jordan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience and Qualifications: Minimum two years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in training and development.
  • Communication and Language Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Travel and Accommodation: Ability to stay outside Amman for the duration of the training program, which may last up to 7 days.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in film production and culture is highly preferred, but not required.
  • Autonomy and Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously and under pressure, with excellent team player skills.
