Eram Talent is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Media Account Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Account Management: Set up and maintain customer accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
  • Invoice and Credit Notes: Create and manage invoices and credit notes for the media sector in a timely manner, with accurate backup.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with production operations to ensure accurate billing information and timely resolution of invoicing issues.
  • Payment Allocation: Ensure accurate allocation of payments onto client accounts.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop strong working relationships with customers to onboard them and resolve invoicing issues.
  • Debtors Tracking: Track aged debtors invoices and assist in collections with administrative and operational support.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations, and prepare regular reports on invoice raising, customer onboarding, and customer vendor requirements.
