  • Lead technical activities to strengthen the capacity of relevant Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Social Development units.
  • Develop technical scope of works for infrastructure projects, grants processes, and consultants.
  • Directly supervise subcontractors, consultants, and grantees implementing activities under your technical area.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for DAI with MOI and MOSD units across the country.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to GOJ institutions to improve the capacity of relevant staff to deliver high-quality and sustainable GBV protection services.

  • Degree in social work, public administration, development, or health with at least 5 years of progressive professional experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of social services system in Jordan.
  • Experience working in institutional capacity building projects in Jordan, familiarity with GOJ institutional dynamics, preferred.
  • Leadership, interpersonal, technical, and analytical skills; ability to interact effectively with government counterparts.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Independent, but capable of following guidance and transforming it into action.
  • Comfortable operating in a multicultural environment and with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in complex, politically challenging, and unstable environments.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Arabic, required.
