  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of project activities, ensuring that they are aligned with the approved work plan and MEL plan.
  • Representation: Represent the program in meetings with USAID, development partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Education: Advanced degree (master's or doctorate) in water resources, natural resource management, environmental science, international development, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10-12 years of senior management experience with USAID or other similar donor programs or related organizations.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building.
  • Language: Fluency in English (verbal and written) required.

Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 50% to project sites, stakeholders' offices, and relevant events and conferences.
