DevOps Clerk Position

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Clerk to support our software development and operations teams. As a DevOps Clerk, you will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining efficient and automated processes for software development, testing, and deployment.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and continuous integration and delivery of software applications. Key responsibilities include:

  • Automating software build, deployment, and testing processes using tools such as Docker, Jenkins, and Git.
  • Collaborating with development teams to ensure code quality, security, and scalability.
  • Creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration and continuous deployment.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting issues related to software and infrastructure.
  • Implementing and maintaining infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for software development and deployment processes.

Requirements for the position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
  • Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef.
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills within a cross-functional team.
