Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the design and development of innovative IT-based systems, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient solutions that align with business needs.
- Assist with the technical qualification of proposals submitted to customers, developing knowledge of current new or evolving technologies and SITA solution portfolios.
- Collaborate with multiple parties, both internally and externally, to design and develop solutions.
- Assist with the transfer of projects for implementation.
- Interact with colleagues to gain knowledge and share ideas.
- Experience in IT Systems and ability to handle multiple customer cases.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- 2-3 years of presales experience in the Information Technology Industry.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering and Computer Technologies is a must.
- Proven track record in producing, communicating, and documenting successful technical customer solutions.
- Ability to work independently is critical.
- Strong customer support and interpersonal skills are required.
- Be autonomous and agile in changing environments, with a sense of initiative and proactivity.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Quality and process-oriented.
- Attention to details and understanding of process interlocks and dependencies.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
