About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team at Persona. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' businesses by providing administrative assistance, managing communications, and conducting research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Collaboration: Write and manage commercial communications, conduct video conferences, and interact with clients to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Project Management: Schedule and plan meetings and events, manage projects, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct online research, collect and analyze data using spreadsheets, and provide reports and insights to support business decisions.
  • Creative Work: Engage in creative writing and media projects to support business objectives.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in the use of applications and technology is essential.
  • Commitment: Ability to commit to a long-term, full-time role with a focus on career development.
  • Availability: Must be available to work during US business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time).
  • Experience: No prior work experience is required, but relevant experience will be considered.
