Front-end Developer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Front-end Developer to lead the design and development of user-facing components and applications that deliver an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of responsive and performant web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Design and implement user interface components and libraries with a focus on reusability and maintainability.
  • Closely collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and team knowledge.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and efficiency across various devices and environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies trends and best practices continuously improving the development processes.
  • Mentor junior developers contributing to a collaborative positive team culture.
  • Engage in problem-solving and debugging complex front-end issues to enhance application functionality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Web Development or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in front-end development with proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript.
  • Strong expertise in modern front-end frameworks such as React Angular or Vue.js.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and the ability to create user-centric interfaces.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git and deployment processes.
  • Familiarity with back-end technologies and RESTful APIs is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge.
  • Experience with performance optimization and accessibility standards is desirable.
