Senior UI/UX Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design efforts of a mobile app project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading design projects and expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end design process for the mobile app, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather feedback and validate design decisions.
  • Create comprehensive user personas, user journey maps, and information architecture to guide the design process.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide for the mobile app, ensuring brand coherence across all platforms.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing feedback, guidance, and fostering a culture of design excellence.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design to innovate and elevate our design approach.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record in leading design projects.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates a user-centered design process and showcases projects from concept through execution.
  • Hands-on experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Solid understanding of mobile and web design best practices, including accessibility standards and responsive design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and present design concepts effectively.
  • Experience in mentoring or leading a team of designers is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is highly desirable.
