UI/UX Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX designer to join our team. As a UI/UX designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our digital products.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent brand experience.
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
  • Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
  • Developing and maintaining design style guides, user interfaces, and design patterns.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve design processes.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech or software development environment.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar applications.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work and demonstrating a user-centered design approach.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.
  • A solid understanding of web and mobile design principles, including responsive and adaptive design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
