Senior QA Instant Job Description

RIVAGE - Natural Dead Sea Minerals is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Instant to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks on raw materials, packaging components, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Testing and Analysis: Perform routine testing and analysis of product samples using state-of-the-art laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of test results, inspections, and other quality assurance activities in accordance with established protocols.
  • Investigation and Collaboration: Assist in the investigation of product quality deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Quality Control Procedures: Participate in the development and implementation of robust quality control procedures, protocols, and standards to ensure product integrity and consistency.
  • Audits and Inspections: Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, conducting inspections, and addressing audit findings in a timely manner.
  • Process Optimization: Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality assurance practices, procedures, and standards to promote a culture of quality excellence.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Contribute to the review and approval of product labeling, packaging, and promotional materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and brand standards.
  • Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality assurance and cosmetic manufacturing to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
