We are seeking an experienced Business Process Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

This role involves gathering business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring that development and business requirements are aligned, and collaborating with the QA team to prepare test cases. Additionally, the successful candidate will review and approve test plans and UAT results in coordination with QA.

The Business Process Specialist will be a key member of our User Acceptance Testing (UAT) committee, assisting in the facilitation of design sessions with the technical team to define solutions and analyzing feasibility of alternative solutions.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to train staff on new systems, create detailed functional specifications, identify current- and future-state business processes, and deliver elements of systems design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between development and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with QA to prepare test cases.
  • Review and approve test plans and UAT results.
  • Participate in UAT committee meetings.
  • Facilitate design sessions with the technical team.
  • Analyze feasibility of alternative solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
