About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Job Posting and Sourcing
    • Post job openings on various job boards and career websites to attract top talent.
    • Utilize industry-specific job boards and professional networks to source qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Screening and Selection
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and assess their fit for the role.
    • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.
  • Interview Support and Onboarding
    • Prepare interview materials and candidate assessments to support the hiring process.
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation logistics.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or hospitality role preferred, but not required.
  • Skills
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
