Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and resilient Academic Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our services to potential clients and identifying sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote our academic services.
- Engage with prospects in a professional and persuasive manner to qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for our counselor team with qualified leads and ensure smooth handover of information.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and detail in recording prospect information and interactions in our CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed established quotas for calls made, leads qualified, and appointments set.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Comfortable with making calls and has a persuasive personality.
- Ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
