We are in search of a skilled Senior Sales on a full-time remote basis.

Key Qualifications:

  • Selling HR or Contact Center Services experience is a MUST.
  • Oversight of daily operational activities
  • Execution of sales plans and activities
  • Development and implementation of effective sales plans
  • Proactively addressing sales gaps
  • Required experience in lead generation, extensive sales calls, and successful deal closures

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to enhance revenue generation
  • Identify and engage potential clients to expand our customer base
  • Foster strong client relationships and explore upselling opportunities
  • Proficiency in conducting effective virtual client meetings

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Increase client acquisition by a specified percentage quarterly
  • Demonstrate consistent improvement in sales performance
  • Enhance sales strategies and processes to optimize revenue generation
