What you will do:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process including offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and recruitment best practices.
  • Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment goals and deliver exceptional service to clients.


Requirements What you will bring:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
  • Solid understanding of recruitment techniques sourcing strategies and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a commitment to delivering highquality recruitment solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Professionalism integrity and a passion for helping individuals advance their careers.
