"The MMS is seeking to add a Housekeeping Manager (preferably female) to the team.

 

Job Role:

Supervising, monitoring, training and evaluating all housekeeping functions at the school and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the campus. 

 

Qualifications:

 

A University Degree and/or Diploma as well as a minimum of 4 years experience in the housekeeping/hospitality industry. 

 

Responsibilities:

- Supervising, monitoring, training and evaluating all housekeeping crew.

- Supervising, monitoring, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across the entire school. 

- Preparing cleaning supplies and materials to be used on a daily basis.

- Preparing the school for any event/activity in terms of cleanliness. 

-  Preparing a proper and efficient schedule for all housekeeping crew.

التفقد لجميع مرافق المدرسة من حمامات وادراج والساحات والروضة والملاعب

والعاب الطلاب قبل حضور الطلاب.

التحضير والتجهيز لكافة الانشطة.

تفقد الصابون والفاين ومواد التعقيم في الحمامات.

تحضير الانشطة الرياضية بشكل يومي.

.

متابعة جميع الطوابق في المدرسة والتشييك المستمر على المرافق الصحية.

متابعة اعطال الصيانة والتبليغ عنها.

.

متابعة اعمال التحميل والتنزيل.

.

تفقد الساحات والملاعب وتجميع اي مفقودات وتسليمها الى مسؤولي النظام.

.

توزيع العمال في نهاية الدوام على الطوابق وتنظيفها.

.

متابعة مختبرات العلوم ومختبرات الكمبيوتر في جميع المراحل.

تلقي الشكاوي من الاقسام ومتابعتها

.

التنسيق مع مسؤول الامن للاستفسار الامني عن أي موظف جديد
