SELLER AND MERCHANT OF RECORD: OINK TECH INTELLIGENCE SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, Tax ID B75305177, registered at Calle de Juan de Austria 15, 3.º 2.ª, 28010 Madrid, España. Oink is your contracting party for the purchase of trabajo.org Premium and is responsible for charges, invoices, applicable taxes, cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes. BEBEE PLATFORM SL operates the trabajo.org platform and authorizes the Premium service to be sold under that brand.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: The subscription renews automatically at the price and interval shown in Checkout. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the paid period.

§1. Service

trabajo.org Premium is a digital subscription for jobseekers. It provides full access to direct job listings, employer details where available, account management tools, and application features described before payment. It does not guarantee employment or any specific hiring outcome.

§2. Plan, price, tax, and payment

  • Monthly or annual: the amount, currency, billing interval, and any promotion are displayed in Stripe Checkout before payment.
  • Tax: the final price includes or itemizes applicable tax according to the country, customer type, and information provided at Checkout.
  • Processing: Stripe processes the payment for Oink. The charge appears on the statement as TRABAJO.ORG.
  • Activation: access starts after payment confirmation.

§3. Consent and renewal

Before paying, you must accept these terms in Stripe Checkout. Acceptance is associated with the date, terms version, and purchase session. For a recurring plan, you authorize Oink to make the displayed recurring charges until cancellation. You will receive renewal notices required by applicable law.

§4. Cancellation

You can cancel without penalty at /premium/billing. You can also request help at soporte@trabajo.org. No telephone call is required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

§5. Withdrawal and refunds

If you are an EEA consumer, you may exercise your withdrawal right within 14 calendar days of purchase, subject to the legal limits for digital services that began with your consent. Write to soporte@trabajo.org with the account email, date, and purchase identifier.

When a refund is due, Oink sends it to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than the applicable statutory deadline. We also review duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, unapplied cancellations, and technical failure to provide access. If you do not recognize or agree with a charge, contact support first so we can attempt to resolve it.

§6. Invoicing and support

Oink issues or provides the invoice or receipt for the Premium service. For payment, invoice, cancellation, refund, or Premium access issues, email soporte@trabajo.org. Send only the information needed; never email a full card number.

§8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. You may bring proceedings before the courts competent under applicable consumer law.
