Summary: The Contract Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration and control of contracts and subcontracts across the project. The role ensures that contractual correspondence, notices, deliverables, variations, claims documentation, registers, approvals, and records are properly maintained and monitored in accordance with contractual requirements and established project procedures.

Key responsibilities
Support the administration of EPC contracts, subcontracts, purchase agreements, and other project-related contractual arrangements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract and subcontract files, registers, trackers, and supporting documentation. Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones, notices, securities, warranties, insurance requirements, and expiry dates Assist in ensuring contractual notices and responses are prepared and issued within required contractual timeframes. Prepare and coordinate routine contractual correspondence, letters, notices, and responses for review and approval. Maintain correspondence registers and ensure incoming and outgoing contractual communications are properly recorded. Required

qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Administration, Commercial Management, Law, or a related discipline. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in contract administration, commercial administration, procurement/subcontracts, or a related project function. Experience working on EPC, construction, infrastructure, power, energy, or industrial projects is preferred. Practical experience in contract correspondence, notices, variations, claims documentation, and contract registers.
