Crowne Plaza Resort Petra is looking for a professional and reliable Telephone Operator  to manage all hotel communications. You will be the first point of contact for guest inquiries over the phone, direct calls to the appropriate departments, and ensure smooth coordination between hotel teams to provide excellent guest service.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple calls and requests efficiently.

Basic computer and telephone system proficiency; fluency in English (other languages a plus).

Professional, reliable, and able to work shifts in a fast-paced environment.
