About the Job:

To provide technical assistance and support related to end user computer systems, hardware, and software. 

Responsibilities


•    Provide helpdesk support, and troubleshooting to all office staff for IT matters, and analyzing and resolving end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion.

•    Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications

•    Taking NI employees through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.

•    Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.

•    Developing and maintaining an effective antivirus system and patching system

•    Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.

•    Install and maintain good cabling for data and voice points through NI buildings.

•    Supporting the roll-out of new applications

•    Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.

•    Providing support Out of hours work from time to time when needed.
 

Qualifications

Education: BSc in Computer Engineering or any related IT field. 
Language:
•  Very Good command of English language (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is preferred.
Experience Type: 

• year of experience 

•    CCNA certification is a plus.
