What you'll be doing  

• Review and maintain lease accounting in compliance with IFRS16.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules.
• Assist in lease contract reviews, calculations of lease liabilities, and right-of-use assets.
• Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of lease-related accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Process rent payments to malls, match SOAs/invoices, and ensure timely payment.
• Support audits and management reporting related to lease accounting.
• Collaborate with other finance teams for accurate reporting.
• Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of lease-related accounts and resolve discrepancies

What you'll need to succeed  

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting with IFRS16 expertise.
• Basic understanding of IFRS16 and accounting principles.
• Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of accounting software.
• Attention to detail, good communication skills, and eagerness to learn.
