What you'll be doing
We are looking for a passionate and driven Associate – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team in Amman, Jordan. In this role, you will support recruitment across our Jordan operations—primarily for junior to mid-level positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, engage with universities, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Jordan: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, assessments, and offers.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines, including early-career and university engagement initiatives.
Source, screen, and take ownership of Trainee hiring and manage trainee journey, feedback and talent pool for future roles.
Use selection tools and assessment methods (competency-based interviews, assessment centres, psychometric tests) as required.
Create engaging job adverts and post across relevant job portals and channels.
Maintain accurate recruitment reporting and ensure ATS and systems compliance; provide regular updated on recruitment metrics and pipeline health.
Support HR Operations onsite when needed to ensure smooth recruitment-to-onboarding handover.
Provide exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and follow-up.
Participate in recruitment review meetings and contribute insights on local talent trends and employer branding.
What you'll need to succeed
2–3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition.
Strong sourcing experience and ability to build proactive pipelines (including university relations and early-talent programmes).
Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
Detail-oriented, energetic, proactive and positive interviewer/candidate presence.
Experience with ATS, Excel reporting and familiarity with HR/recruitment tools (SAP/Power BI an advantage).
Background in Retail, FMCG or Hospitality is desirable.
