Revie is a fast-growing interior design & execution company based in Saudi Arabia. We help clients transform their spaces — from concept to execution — with a seamless, technology-enabled customer journey.
As our customer base grows, we are expanding our CX team and opening this role in Amman, Jordan, supporting Revie's clients in Saudi Arabia.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to manage client communication, qualify leads, and schedule consultations for our design team.
You will work closely with our Saudi-based team, serving customers remotely and ensuring they receive fast, clear, and friendly support throughout their experience.
This role requires strong communication skills, high responsiveness, and a passion for helping customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound inquiries (phone, WhatsApp, website leads)
Conduct outbound follow-ups and schedule design consultations
Qualify leads based on project needs and readiness
Maintain CRM records & follow structured follow-up cadences
Meet SLAs for first response time and daily outreach targets
Coordinate handover to design & sales team in Saudi Arabia
Deliver a high-touch, premium service experience to customers
Share feedback and insights to help improve CX processes
Based in Amman, Jordan
2+ years experience in CX, inside sales, call center, or customer support
Strong communication skills in Arabic & English
Comfortable with inbound & outbound calling
Organized, disciplined, and proactive in follow-ups
Experience with CRM tools or conversational platforms (preferred)
Fast learner, positive attitude, strong work ethic
This role supports customers in Saudi Arabia and follows KSA business hours
Split-shift coverage between 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM KSA time
5-day workweek with a rotation schedule
Weekend rotation (Saturday–Thursday) — Friday off
Flexibility to support late evenings, peak hours, and high-demand periods when require
Experience with GCC customer service or Saudi market exposure
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, call workflows, SLAs
Background in a service-driven or high-ticket sales environment
Interest in interior design, architecture, or real estate
