Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Experience in collections, billing, and customer service
  • Knowledge of collection laws and techniques including Government requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Oral & Written).
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Patience and resilience
  • Identify overdue amounts and prioritize follow-up actions.
  • Preparing cash receipt as required.
  • Providing information and reports to managements as requested
  • Having a driving license and own car to be used for work purposes.

 يتحلى بالصبر والمرونة

 تحديد المستحقات المتأخرة وتحديد أولويات إجراءات المتابعة

 إعداد وصولات القبض كما هو مطلوب

توفير المعلومات والتقارير إلى الإدارات حسب الطلب

وجود رخصة قيادة وسيارة خاصة لاستخدامها في أغراض العمل.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Collections Officer
  • Holding a diploma or BSc degree is a plus.
