Sales Officer

Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Software Sales Executive for a Software Development Company in Amman, Jordan.

The Software Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's software solutions, including ERP and Point-of-Sale Programs for the Retail industry in Jordan.

Location: Amman, Jordan.

Contract Type: Permanent/Full-time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new sales opportunities to grow the client base.
   

2. Follow up on assigned leads and opportunities to successfully close contracts.
   

3. Conduct client negotiations and finalize agreements.
   

4. Participate in marketing campaigns and promote the company's products and solutions.
   

5. Build and maintain strong client relationships and professional networks.
   

6. Provide client training on company products and systems.
   

7. Achieve set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
   

Requirements

1. Proven experience in software sales.
   

2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
   

3. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
   

4. Willingness and ability to perform field work.
   

5. Valid driving license is required, owning a car is a plus.​
   

Years of experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in software sales or technical systems.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Location: Amman, Jordan.
Languages Required:Fluent in Arabic and English.​
