THE MASE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM 

Our Mentorship Program provides successful participants with up to three months of intensive, hands-on work experience. 

As part of the Program, you will accompany our teams on a rotational program and will gain experience in engineering, research, development and operations, maintenance and management of solar PV assets of all sizes and across various jurisdictions. You will also learn about asset performance analysis and reporting.

Application Deadlines: Applications for our Solar O&M Mentorship Program are rolling and we will accept applications on a first come first serve basis.
