Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on banking solutions to corporate clients, ensuring their banking needs are met.
  • Analyze clients' financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and structure appropriate financing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of banking services and products.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to provide clients with informed advice.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of existing client relationships, identifying potential risks and implementing appropriate strategies for growth and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on banking products and services to clients and senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, with a focus on corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of corporate banking products, services, and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • High level of financial analysis skills, with the ability to assess creditworthiness and structure financing solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with local banking regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
