We are looking for an adaptable, forward-thinking Project Manager to lead the operational aspects of our Technical team. This role is all about facilitating the flow, energizing the process, and turning ideas into reality.

Your Top Responsibilities
  • Process Management: Maintain and monitor the team's processes, ensuring effective implementation and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide insights through report extraction on tasks, rotations, and overall project performance. Make data your guide.
  • Operational Efficiency: Work hand-in-hand with the team to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and keep things moving smoothly.
  • Planning and Tracking: Manage project planning and tracking. Your eyes on the details will keep everyone aligned and informed.
  • Operational Support: Take ownership of day-to-day operational tasks, from managing team schedules, setting up rotations, and handling calendars to coordinating with third-party providers.
