Accountabilities and Key Roles:

  • Implement sales plan for the department to achieve the goals set by the Retail Management.
  • Implement Direct Sales initiatives set by the Department.
  • Maximize products sales to reach set targets by probing customer needs.
  • Implement detailed sales plans to achieve the target.
  • Plan daily calls and visits to ensure achievement against targets.
  • Promote the bank's services and products through direct and cross selling to achieve the bank's goals and increase its market share in those products.
  • Maintain the relationship with the customers and work constantly on improving it, and ensure that service quality exceeds customers' expectations and fulfils their needs on a level that ensures preserving those customers.
  • Represent the bank in the exhibitions & campaigns that the bank conducts to reflect the best image of the bank.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or financial sciences from a reputable university.

Experience:

  • Min.1 year experience in Retail Banking and sales.

Competencies:

  • Good in English & fluent in Arabic.
  • Total knowledge of bank's products & services.
  • Marketing & selling skills.
  • Computer & different system applications skills.
