Responsibilities
- Implement HR strategies aligned with operational and strategic goals.
- Advise management on organizational structure, manpower planning, and succession management.
- Oversee HR policies, performance management, and employee development programs.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure timely and transparent hiring.
- Supervise workforce deployment and staff rotations, including camp-based employees.
- Ensure compliance with Iraqi Labor Law and internal HR policies.
- Lead grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution with fairness and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and regulatory documentation.
- Review and approve payroll, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Conduct periodic salary benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments.
- Identify training needs and implement annual training and development plans.
- Promote continuous learning, leadership, and compliance programs.
- Oversee administrative operations including facilities, transportation, logistics, and document control.
- Supervise travel arrangements and company correspondences.
- Manage daily operations of the employee camp, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Oversee accommodation, catering, recreation, and welfare facilities.
- Implement policies related to camp discipline, curfews, and visitor management.
- Coordinate with the HSE Department to ensure occupational health and safety compliance.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee welfare, engagement, and retention.
- Maintain HR and administration reporting systems and analytical dashboards (headcount, turnover, leave, camp occupancy, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Administration.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and camp management.
- Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity, discretion, and ability to work under pressure.
