POSITION SUMMARY
Expert in demand planning that will use technology & analytics to provide fact based baselines & demand plans that will support business planning and effeciencies

A DAY IN THE LIFE … 

  • Support Simplified MBPC by providing objective, fact-based baselines using AI and statistical forecasting to enrich MBPC and help Categories/Clusters/OPCs focus on customer and consumer needs.
  • Pilot, test, and roll out new AI tools and technologies within MENA dynamics (e.g., New Product Forecast Tool, Price Elasticity Analysis).
  • Drive long-term demand planning and elevate best practices across categories/clusters (e.g., 20-month rolling forecast, LTDP by technology, AVC reflection aligned with category growth).
  • Provide visibility through demand packages to D&SP Community (FCDP variability, TBDF recommendations, MOSAIC/APO variance).
  • Ensure dependent demand health checks to trigger accurate signals for promo stock availability.
  • Centralize Phase-In & Phase-Out reflection, master data maintenance, MG1 alignment, DP grouping, and sourcing changes in APO.
  • Collaborate with Finance to manage SKU discontinuation and maintain an active base code list across categories.


ARE YOU A FIT? 

Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Programming, or Statistics. 
2+ years in Demand Planning or Supply Chain (Sales/Trade Marketing background is a plus).
Statistical forecasting, SAP APO, Power BI (preferred), MS Office (Excel is a must).
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Strategic thinking, communication, influencing, and negotiation.
E2E Business Insight, Optimize & Manage Performance, Future & External Focus.
Persistent, proactive, assertive.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for continuous improvement and consumer-centric mindset.
