Optimiza is looking for a Data Quality Analyst to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data across the organization by developing and implementing data quality strategies. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing data management processes, improving decision-making, and driving data-driven initiatives within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement data quality standards, metrics, and processes to monitor and improve data integrity.
  • Conduct thorough data quality assessments and audits across various data sources and systems.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to identify data quality issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Develop automated data quality checks and scripts to streamline data cleansing and validation processes.
  • Provide insights and reports on data quality metrics and trends to inform leadership and stakeholders.
  • Establish strong relationships with business units to understand their data requirements and promote data quality best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts in data quality methodologies and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in data quality analysis, data governance, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of data quality assessment tools and techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data profiling and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with data quality tools such as Talend, Informatica Data Quality, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of data management best practices and data governance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Relevant certifications in data quality or data governance are a plus.
