Role Overview

At TDM Group, we are looking for a talented and motivated developer to join our team. Prior experience in SharePoint development is preferred, however, if you have strong development skills, a passion for learning, and a willingness to work in the SharePoint field, we encourage you to apply.

In this role, you will design, implement, and customise solutions that leverage SharePoint and related technologies to meet the dynamic business needs of both internal teams and external clients. Training and support in SharePoint development will be provided.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • ​Develop, customise, and maintain SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Online.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements.
  • Design and implement workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other systems, applications, and data sources as needed.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in SharePoint and related applications.
  • Develop and maintain custom web parts, forms, and templates using various technologies, such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PowerShell, and Python.
  • Set up and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and permissions for effective collaboration and document management.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and SharePoint development best practices.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in software development with proficiency in one or more of the following:  C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python.
  • A strong willingness and ability to learn SharePoint development.
  • Familiarity with web services and REST APIs is a plus.
  • Knowledge of modern development frameworks, such as SharePoint Framework (SPFx), is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools like Power Automate or Power Apps is a bonus.
  • Ability to document requirements and specifications effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Prior experience with Plumsail plugins is a plus.
  • Proficient in English.
