Product Owner

We're seeking Product Owners to lead the development of new features and digital products for THECHEFZ. You'll be responsible for gathering requirements, defining product roadmaps, and ensuring seamless delivery with cross-functional teams.

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and prioritize features.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Define and maintain clear product documentation including product requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product decisions.
• Own the post-launch lifecycle, monitoring feature adoption and customer feedback, and prioritizing enhancements to maximize product impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in product management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in digital platforms, e-commerce, or mobile apps preferred.
• Experience in food delivery, restaurant management or logistics apps would definitely be a plus
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, Metabase, is a plus
