Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Manage 3 active mobile game and entertainment projects from concept to launch.
  • Act as Product Owner, defining product vision, UX flows, Game Design Documents (GDD), and feature specifications.
  • Act as Scrum Master, overseeing sprint planning, execution, and delivery with a development team of 7 (Unity, Backend, Frontend developers).
  • Supervise QA and testing operations to ensure quality deliverables aligned with user expectations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Art, Network, and Marketing.

Operations & Performance

  • Lead the Game and User Operation team to manage player engagement, support, and live operations post-launch.
  • Monitor and analyze game performance metrics to optimize retention, engagement, and monetization features.
  • Provide performance and strategic reports to the CEO and key stakeholders.

Platform & Monetization Management

  • Oversee App Store and Google Play Store submissions and management.
  • Manage monetization platforms including Ad Mob and other in-app advertising services.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Game Design, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in gaming, mobile applications, or digital entertainment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Game Development Lifecycle, and UX design.
  • Certifications: PMP, UX Design, Game Design, SEO are a plus.
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
