We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Animator to join our team at Progressive Generation Studios. As a key member of our animation team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D animations using industry-standard software and tools.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement 3D animation concepts that align with project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with art directors, game designers, modelers, and other team members to ensure animations meet project requirements.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to identify and rectify any animation-related issues or bugs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and tools in 3D animation to continually enhance skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
  • Proficiently craft animated graphics and videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate, and Autodesk Maya.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in animation, computer graphics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard 3D animation software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max).
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and motion dynamics.
  • Knowledge of rigging and skinning processes to ensure proper character deformation.
  • Strong artistic and storytelling skills to convey emotions and narratives through animation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a team environment.
