Responsibilities:

* Provide legal advice and guidance to Royal Jordanian on various matters, including contracts, negotiations, and litigation.
* Participate in formulating policies and objectives for the legal affairs department.
* Propose strategies to manage legal issues and endorse suggested plans and programs to achieve expected objectives.
* Disseminate legal instructions, circulars, and information to relevant stakeholders.
* Stay up-to-date with constitutional, statutory, and regulatory developments and their implications on Royal Jordanian.
* Examine legal data to determine the advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuits.
* Represent Royal Jordanian in various transactions and litigations.
* Provide advice on business transactions involving internal affairs and corporate relations.
* Prepare or review business contracts.
* Administer and follow up on all lawsuits concerning Royal Jordanian.
* Prepare periodic reports on section activities and achievements.

Requirements:

* 5 years of experience in a related field.
* Bachelor's Degree in Law.
* Member of the Jordanian BAR.
