
Insurance Risk Management Specialist

The Insurance Risk Manager is a senior position that oversees the bank's insurance portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing coverage for potential risks.
- Supervises the renewal of insurance policies to ensure timely implementation and adherence to regulatory aspects.
- Oversees the analysis of current insurance documents to select the best offers, coverages, and prices, and assesses whether they meet the bank's needs and cover expected risks.
- Identifies emerging or anticipated risks, assesses the possibility of insuring against them, and documents recommendations for submission to management.
- Reviews auditing statements and invoices from insurance companies, follows up on claims, and coordinates with relevant departments.
- Develops insurance-related studies to inform departmental needs, introduce new services, and communicate policy modifications.
- Periodically reviews insurance policies to ensure comprehensive risk coverage, studies the possibility of covering new services, and updates policies accordingly.
- Prepares an annual summary of policy terms and requirements, providing it to concerned departments and management.
- Evaluates individual product claims and recommends preliminary approval for coverage.
- Manages relationships with insurance companies, responding to inquiries regarding claims or policy terms.
- Serves as a member of emergency teams, performing tasks assigned by the Business Continuity Plan to minimize crisis impact.
- University degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of practical experience in insurance.
- Full proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Computer literacy and familiarity with relevant systems.
- Ability to motivate and work as part of a team.
- Understanding of internal and external policies governing work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle work pressure.
