Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain High Service Standards: Ensure that all AV equipment and systems are functioning at optimal levels, providing a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Ensure High Availability: Be available to provide support whenever required, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Pre-Function Testing: Conduct thorough tests of all AV equipment and systems prior to each function, ensuring that everything is in working order.
  • Guest Support: Assist guests with connecting their devices to our AV infrastructure, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Third-Party Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure that all equipment and services are delivered on time and to the required standard.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure that all outsourced equipment is received and returned in accordance with hotel policy.
  • Incident Reporting: Immediately report any system malfunctions or issues to the relevant support teams and management.
  • Post-Function Follow-Up: Conduct a thorough review of each function to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
