Artificial Intelligence Operations Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the strategic deployment and management of artificial intelligence solutions. This critical role involves ensuring smooth operations, maximum value delivery, and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operational lifecycle of AI solutions, from deployment to maintenance and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to align AI operations with business objectives and client needs.
  • Establish and enforce best practices and standards for AI deployments, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and compliance.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize AI performance and scalability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for improvement.
  • Oversee resource allocation and ensure effective cost management.
  • Resolve operational issues and incidents efficiently, minimizing service disruptions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies and industry trends to inform operational strategy and execution.
  • Foster a collaborative culture within the AI operations team, promoting continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in AI operations or related roles, with a proven track record of managing AI projects.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning models, and deployment processes.
  • Proven experience in operational management, including resource allocation and budget management.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Experience with AI performance monitoring tools and methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications in AI or operations management are a plus.
