Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Middle Mile Carriers operate in compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Assessment and Reporting

You will assess Amazon Middle Mile Carriers to verify their compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements. Your findings will be presented in detailed reports, complete with actionable recommendations for corrective and preventative actions.

Investigation and Analysis

You will investigate suspicious carrier activity and behavior that could pose a risk to Amazon, our customers, or the society at large.

Collaboration and Communication

You will work closely with senior management and business partners to provide thorough finding and recommendation reports.

Process Improvement

You will lead and/or participate in special projects and/or assignments as necessary, leveraging your expertise in compliance, audit, and risk management to drive process improvements.

Requirements
  • Experience

6+ years of compliance, audit, or risk management experience.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.

Additional Skills

Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.
