Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Compliance Manager to join our team at TDM Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing audit and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to relevant security standards, and developing, reviewing, and updating IT policies, procedures, and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Governance and Compliance Management: Oversee audit and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to relevant security standards, and identify, evaluate, and manage risks.
  • Policy and Documentation: Develop, review, and update IT policies, procedures, and standards for our company and our client partners to ensure they reflect current best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management and Assessment: Coordinate business risk assessments, document top risk areas, and prepare reports for management and client partner representatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Presentation and Reporting: Prepare and develop presentation materials, collaborating with other departments to generate required reports.
  • GRC Process Implementation: Implement GRC processes for automated and continuous monitoring of information security controls.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT governance and compliance, with experience in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and standards. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
