Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations in our Sulphuric Acid Plant (SAP) area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the SAP area, driving production targets and quality standards.
• Lead and manage a team of operators and technicians to meet performance expectations.
• Monitor plant processes, equipment, and performance indicators to optimize production efficiency.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular inspections, maintenance activities, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to identify and address equipment maintenance and repair needs.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize plant operations and resolve any cross-functional issues.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance levels.
• Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance activities, and safety reports.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance plant performance and efficiency.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a Sulphuric Acid Plant or similar industrial setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in monitoring and optimizing plant processes.
• Experience in ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Native Arabic speaker.
• Excellent command of English.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
