**Job Title:** Production Supervisor - SAP & PAP Operations

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to lead shift operations in the SAP & PAP production departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP and PAP acid production, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Supervise and coordinate shift operations to ensure production targets and quality goals are met.

2. Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and product quality to ensure adherence to specifications.

3. Lead and motivate a team of production operators, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

4. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

5. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address equipment issues and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

6. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.

7. Optimize production schedules and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

8. Prepare production reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend process improvements.

**Requirements:**

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the SAP and PAP acid production industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in SAP operations.

Experience with safety and quality compliance in production environments.

**Language Requirements:**

Native Arabic speaker.

Excellent command of English.
