Recreational Services Lead

Job Summary:

V2X Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recreational Services Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our recreational facilities and related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our recreational facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Program Development: Plan and execute recreational activities and programs that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of recreation staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of equipment and supplies, ensuring we have what we need to deliver high-quality programs and services.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of our facilities and patrons, following all applicable regulations and guidelines.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and engaged.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of four years' experience in a recreational facility setting, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills, with the ability to operate audio and visual equipment.
  • Certifications: Valid U.S. SECRET Security Clearance required, with the ability to obtain a U.S. Passport and Driver's License.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, with occasional overtime and shift work required. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, and chemicals.
