  • Comfortable working in both functional and technical environments, with a high level of confidence to learn new solutions quickly.
  • Ability to identify potential people-side risks and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
  • Balance and program workload and staffing according to project and organizational priorities and goals.
  • Passion and curiosity for Digital Solutions, Digital Transformation, Governance, and staying current with business and industry trends.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software.
  • Previous experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, Product Owner, or Project Manager.
  • A deep understanding of project management principles, particularly Agile software delivery methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills able to clearly articulate risks and navigate complex dependencies with other parts.
