Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide level 1 and level 2 support to customers, both on-site and remotely, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their technical issues.
- Proof of Concept (PoC) Execution: Plan, document, and execute PoCs for various solutions, with a focus on Security and SD-WAN, to demonstrate the value proposition to our customers.
- Sales Reviews and Account Planning: Participate in regular sales reviews and account planning sessions with other EBU members to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Solution Installation and Configuration: Install and configure our solutions, including operating systems, software, and hardware components, and document the design, maintenance, and support procedures for routine tasks.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer, Software, Telecommunication, Security, and Networking) or CIS/MIS/CS with relevant technical experience.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Team management and leadership, coaching and mentoring, communication in both Arabic and English, excellent presentation skills, problem-solving, and teamwork.
